Preheat the oven to 160ºC.
Mix the beef with 3 tablespoons of Nandos Medium PERi-PERi sauce, spices and salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a cast iron pot, brown the meat and remove the meat from the pot.
Add the rest of the oil and fry the onions in the same pot until soft. Add the apricots, canned tomatoes and the tomato purėe, season to taste and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Add the meat to the mixture.
Serve in bowls with fresh mosbolletjies.
